Teams
- Team Type We’re excited to introduce Team Type — an enhanced way to manage how your teams work and interact across the platform. Whether it's for chatting, fixing issues, or keeping track of documents, Team Type gives you better control and organization — when set up properly. Key Functionalities:
- Chats: Teams can have dedicated channel in chat for seamless internal communication.
- Assignments: Teams can be assigned to tasks and responsibilities.
- Issues: Designate a team as the Issue Fixer, making them responsible for resolving reported issues.
- Documents: Teams can manage network legal documents and receive alerts for upcoming expirations.
Assignment
- Team Assignment Assignments are now team-based! This means tasks are grouped by teams, ensuring the right people in your network handle them effectively. (Note: All users must now be part of a team to receive task assignments)
- Report

With the new team-based assignment model, reports are now automatically visible to Team Managers and Team Viewers — making tracking and oversight easier than ever.

Enhancement

User Interface Improvements (Mobile and Desktop)
- Assignment Portal
  - Improved assignment wizards for a smoother experience.
  - Content can now be previewed before assigning, ensuring clarity and visibility.
- Task Portal
  - Added a details drawer before starting a task to reduce accidental clicks.
- Library Portal
  - Content is now grouped by content category instead of content type.
  - Default view is set to show content under the "Manuals" type.
Functionality Enhancements
- Issues
  - Issue Types can now be linked to Departments, helping route issues to the correct team.
  - Notifications for issues in a specific location will be sent to the assigned team based on the Issue Type’s department. (Note: "Support Assignees" will be deprecated)
- Legal Document
  - Expiry notifications are now sent to both the Primary Contact and the Document Notification Team assigned in the legal document list.
