• Legal Management Dashboard
  We’re excited to introduce the new Legal Management Dashboard, designed to help you monitor and act on legal document renewals with speed and clarity.
  

  • Dashboard Highlights
    
    • Renewal Status Overview: Instantly see which documents are nearing expiry (1–90 days) and which have already lapsed.
    • Actionable Renewal List: Quickly identify documents requiring action and initiate renewal steps.
    • Compliance Visibility: Offers clear, actionable insights to help both Franchisors and Franchisees maintain strong renewal compliance across their networks.

• Upload Task V2
  A fully upgraded upload experience with review workflows and better version tracking.
  

  • Key Highlights
    

    • Comment & Review: Review uploaded files and leave comments for follow-up or corrections.
    • Version Re-upload: Upload updated versions while highlighting which files require revision.
    • Centralised File Storage: All uploaded files are now automatically stored in the TreeAMS Drive folder for consistent file management.

  • Important Note:
    Before using the Upload Task, ensure a new folder is created in TreeAMS Drive Folder (Desk). This folder will serve as the placeholder and selection option when assigning an Upload File Task.

• Download Task V2
  The new Download Task flow is now more intuitive, allowing users to download files directly from the content library.
  

  • Key Highlights
    • Download from Content Library: Files for download are now sourced from the Content Library under the “PDF” content type.

Enhancement & Performance Upgrades

  • Added a handler for task cache reset to ensure accurate data when switching between tasks consecutively.
  • Added “Pending Review” status under In Progress tab in the Task Report Pivot View within the Report API.
• Issue Tracker
  
  • Updated the “Closed” status chip to green for clearer visual context on resolved issues.
• Product Dashboard
  
  • Added handler to correctly display network node lists when a user session has access to multiple branch and leaf nodes.
• User Sub Roles
  
  • Added permission to Network and Content Manager to access Home workspace in Desk.
• Team
  
  • Added a new list view filter to display teams where the current user is either a member or has access through their network range.
