TreeAMS Products Introduction
In TreeAMS, Products are managed in three main parts: Product Level, Product Cart, and Product Order. These help businesses manage inventory, prepare sales, and keep order history well-organized.
Product Level
In TreeAMS, Product Level is:
- Designed for physical stock count.
- Shows how many items are actually available.
- Example: “Coffee Beans – 50 kg available.”
👉 Benefit: Ensures accurate stock visibility, prevents overselling, and supports better inventory planning.
Product Cart
In TreeAMS, Product Cart is:
- Used to create new orders.
- Stores orders that are not yet approved.
- Works like a draft list before final confirmation.
- Example: A client prepares an order for 10 bags of coffee but waits for approval before processing.
👉 Benefit: Flexibility to prepare and review orders without committing immediately.

Product Order
In TreeAMS, Product Order is:
- Contains approved and completed orders.
- Works as a receipt list for past transactions.
- Also used to collect items that have been delivered together with their receipts.
- Example: “Order #202 – 10 bags of coffee (Approved, Delivered & Receipt Attached). 👉 Benefit: Provides clear order history, supports financial tracking, simplifies audits, and ensures all delivered items are matched with receipts.
