What is Insights in TreeAMS? 🤔💭

Insights are the tools that give business owners and managers a real-time overview of their performance. Insights bring together data1 from audits, trainings, checklists, workflows, and sales2 into clear visual dashboards.

TreeAMS Insights help users:

  • View overall business health through indicators (i.e., traffic light system).
  • Drill down from country level to individual outlets.
  • Identify trends, strengths, and problem areas.
  • Support data-driven decisions for improvements and growth.

1 Data availability is subject to your subscription plan, and only data from May 2025 is displayed as a result of differences in the data structure.
2 Sales data comes from the Finance feature. POS integration is available but may not be necessary. Please check with your consultant if you need more information.

Different Types of Insights in TreeAMS

TreeAMS Insights give business owners and managers visibility into how their operations are performing. By turning everyday activities into measurable data, you can spot issues early, make informed decisions, and guide outlets or teams more effectively.

Here are the different types of Insights available:

    • Provide a bird’s-eye view of the entire operations.
    • Show overall performance indicators (e.g., traffic light status) so you can quickly identify which outlets are doing well and which need attention.
    • Why it matters: Helps you track business health at a glance and prioritise focus areas.
  2. 🚨 Audit Insights
    • Summarise results from operational and compliance audits.
    • Highlight recurring non-conformities and low-scoring outlets.
    • Why it matters: Ensures brand standards are consistently met and allows you to identify where extra support or corrective action is needed.
  3. 🎓 Training Insights
    • Display completion rates and performance of training programs.
    • Show which staff or outlets are up to date and where training gaps exist.
    • Why it matters: Keeps your workforce skilled and ensures every team member is aligned with operational standards.
  4. 📝 Checklist Insights
    • Track completion of your checklists.
    • Identify trends in missed or incomplete tasks.
    • Why it matters: Promotes accountability, consistency, and smooth day-to-day operations.
  5. ♻️ Workflow Insights
    • Track two key indicators: completion rate and completion time of workflows or corrective actions.
    • Show how consistently and how quickly processes are being completed across outlets or teams.
    • Why it matters: Ensures tasks are completed on time, supports process efficiency, and gives visibility into execution quality.
  6. 💰 Finance Insights
    • Present financial data3 such as sales, expenses, and other key metrics.
    • Highlight trends in revenue performance and profitability across outlets.
    • Why it matters: Gives a clear view of financial health, supports royalty calculation, budgeting and forecasting, and helps link operational performance to financial results.
