  This release introduces an integrated Finance Entry and Assignment workflow, enabling structured submission, assignment, and approval of finance data.

Enhancement & Performance Improvements

• Issue Tracker
  Improve issue traceability and vendor coordination by introducing Issue ID visibility and Service Vendor manual assignment across the platform.

    • Issue ID Visibility & Search
      
    • Each issue now includes a unique Issue ID for easier reference and tracking
      
    • Issue ID is displayed in the Issue List, Issue Details, and search results
      
    • Users can filter and search issues directly by Issue ID
      

  • Improved Issue Assignment & Vendor Handling
    

    • Service Vendor can now be assigned manually when updating an issue (previously it was assigned automatically when creating new asset issue)
      
    • Manual vendor selection supported when no default vendor is linked
      
    • Priority field is now editable to support better issue triage
      

  • Task Insights
    

    • Insights now accepts brand as a query parameter for quick switching between brands
      
    • Default brand will be automatically selected when users have access to multiple brands
      

• Task Commenting & Media Capture Enhancement
  This release enhances task execution and validation by introducing in-task media capture, structured commenting, and mandatory photo validation for selected task types.
  

  • Key Highlights:
    • Enhanced Task Interaction (CHK, AUD, TRN, EVL)
    • Added Camera, Attachment, and Comment actions per question
    • Camera access available on mobile PWA only (desktop shows tooltip notice)
    • Attach files from any device with controlled validation
    • Comment system supports threaded replies and attachments per question
  • Improved Comment Management
    • One comment thread per question per status
    • Support “All Comments” view to review task-level, question-level discussions and replies
  • Mandatory Photo Validation
    • When picture_required = true, each question must include at least one photo to the comment
    • Submit action is disabled until all required images are provided
    • Tooltip guidance shown when submission is blocked
  • Smart Visibility Rules
    • Camera and file upload options hidden when task status is not Open or In Progress status
    • Commenting remains available according to task permissions
