Introducing Download File and Upload File Task

Assignment Flow Improvement
Simplify task assignment with three new direct actions. No more toggling between list views and wizards!
- Assign Task: Directly assign ad-hoc tasks to team members.
- Delegate Task: Share ownership of assignments and allow further task assignment.
- Schedule Assignment: Plan and schedule assignments for designated team members within a specified timeframe.
Announcement Content and Expiry
Elevate your announcements with:
- A new rich text editor allowing you to add images and tables for better formatting and flexibility.
- Expiry settings to automatically remove outdated announcements.
Auto-Close of Tasks
- Tasks with deadlines will now automatically close at the end of the specified date if not marked as "Completed."
- Example: A task with a deadline of January 10, 2025, will auto-close on January 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM if it remains incomplete. Once closed, the task can no longer be submitted.
