Introduction

Issue Tracker on TreeAMS ensures Operational Excellence in both corporate and franchise outlets and improves Franchisor-Franchisee relationships.

Operations issues that occur throughout the day can be logged and then, assigned to relevant personnel to resolve the issues.

Issues raised by Franchisees can be logged and tracked as Engagement Logs with the Franchisor so that both Franchisee and Franchisor are kept accountable on issues raised.


Issue Type Categories

In TreeAMS, there are 2 categories of Issues Types - Operations-related and Engagement Log.

Operations-related Issue Types

Franchisors can set up Issue Types that are relevant to the business operations and assign a Department to the Issue Type.

Personnel in the related Department will receive email notifications once there is an issue logged that requires their attention.

They can then assign someone to address/resolve the issue with which the assignee will be notified that they are to address this issue. The issue raiser will also be notified that someone has been assigned to address their raised issue.

Engagement Log

This particular Issue Type will be sent to personnel in the Franchise Management department.

Issues with the Issue Type of Engagement Log will be tracked in the Franchisee Performance Scorecard where both Franchisors and Franchisees can be aligned on the extent that the issues raised by Franchisees have been addressed.

The workflow for these issues is the same as issues of Operations-related Issue Types.
