Introduction

The Audit feature on TreeAMS helps your business measure and track the performance of your business compliance, project progress, your store as well as employee performance. The Audit feature helps you to measure and track important Key Performance Indicators of your business. It is a systematic review of the effectiveness, efficiency, and economy of your business operations. Simply put, individual audits comprise of a set of questions that are designed to be answered either internally by your team members or observed and answered by external auditors to evaluate compliance and measure performance systematically. Do note that the audits are designed not as a “Financial Audit” tool but rather to serve as an Operational Audit tool.

Types of Audits

In TreeAMS, there are 2 types of Audits - the Audit and the Checklist.

Audit

Audit involves multiple Users (HQ Audit, Auditor, Store Manager) and various Audit states.

Checklist

Checklist is a task assigned at a fixed frequency and is usually only conducted by one User (Outlet Manager).

Workflows

An Audit can involve multiple rounds of corrective actions which is a complex and longer process.

A Checklist is a simpler process where once the checklist is done, the checklist goes to completion.
