How to Create a New Version of a Module
Implement Version Controls within your Manuals
To update already published contents, you would have to make a new version of the modules. If a quiz is required for this update of contents, questionnaires can be created to accompany the new module version release.
- Go to Modules
- Click on the published module that needs editing
- Click on Create New Version
Editing Content
The module description box is now open for edits. You can add/edit/delete text, images, videos, tables, and URLs.

Write your comments here to highlight the updates made. This will be shown in a pop-up to the end users.
- Click Save for the edits to be saved to draft.
- Click Publish for the new version to be published across all Manuals that references to this module.
The previous module version will be replaced and is hidden in the Modules list.
