Basics of TreeAMS

Learn the basics of TreeAMS for a seamless experience.


Let us begin with the introduction of the interface.

The interface generally consists of the header, left side column, and main contents column.

The header is where the company logo can be found, searches across the system can be

made, notifications and events can be seen, help tickets can be created, and user profile

can be edited.

To do a search for a particular module that you are already familiar with, simply type the

module name and it will appear for you to click on.

View assignments, updates, and calendar events all in one place.

User Settings

Click on your user profile -> My Settings.

You will be able to reset password, change your name, username, profile picture, and your

system language.


Left Side Column

Find TreeAMS' main modules on the sidebar and navigate between them.

Selecting and Adding Options in Fields

To view the options of a field, click on the field and the options will be shown in a drop-down.

If you have the permission to create a new option for the field, scroll to the bottom of the

drop-down to select the 'Create new...' option.

Here is an example to show how options are shown when the field is clicked on.
